Toolamation Inc. collaborated with technical assistance specialists from the Waste Management and Research Center (WMRC) to evaluate the metal working fluid (MWF) oil removal system and soluble-oil vs. semi-synthetic MWFs. A Grease Gator Fluid Purifier was installed. The floating tramp oils were immediately removed from the soluble-oil preventing the tramp oils from emulsifying in the MWF. Mid-size Machining Company: The Grease Gator Fluid Purifier and oil skimmer system has been evaluated by a mid-size machining company (150 employees) that makes parts for Caterpillar, Mitsubishi and other equipment manufacturers.
